Marianna Delecki is Many Women
She is a mother of three, embracing the beautiful, joyful chaos that comes with raising a family.
She is a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a devoted friend. These relationships shape the care, compassion, and steadiness she brings to every part of her life.
She is a nurse whose career in cosmetic dermatology has spanned nearly two decades. She is known for her honesty, thoughtful guidance, and unwavering commitment to helping patients make decisions that truly serve them.
She is a gardener, happiest when tending to her vegetable garden and growing healthy food for her family.
She is a passionate home cook, finding joy in nourishing the people she loves around her table.
She is a master organizer and planner, bringing calm, structure, and intention to both her home and her work.
Marianna Delecki is each of these women, and her positive aging plan fits the sum of each and every one of her parts.
For Marianna, a 360° approach to beauty and self-care has evolved alongside her life. As a mother of three, she knows this season doesn’t leave much room for elaborate wellness routines, and she’s made peace with that. Instead, self-care lives in the quieter moments: a late-night walk, time spent in her garden, healthy food (much of it grown in her own garden), medical-grade skincare, or a quiet cup of coffee before the house wakes. These rituals may be simple, but they’re what allow her to feel healthy, grounded, and present for the people who matter most.
That same philosophy shapes the way she cares for her patients. Marianna knows that no two patients are alike. Each brings a different lifestyle, priorities, goals, and expectations, and every treatment plan should reflect that. She takes the time to understand the whole person before recommending a path forward, and believes that honesty is the foundation of exceptional care. If she doesn’t think a treatment will provide meaningful value, she’ll say so. Her goal isn’t simply to perform treatments, but to become a trusted partner who helps patients care for their skin over time.
Marianna’s own relationship with aging reflects that same perspective. She isn’t striving to look younger. She simply wants to look like she’s had eight hours of sleep, with healthy skin that reflects how she feels within. To her, crow’s feet and laughter lines aren’t imperfections to erase, but reminders of time lived, memories made, and joy shared. She hopes her children will come to see them that way too.
Interestingly, Marianna didn’t arrive in cosmetic dermatology with a lifelong passion for skincare. Growing up in the Okanagan, daily sunscreen wasn’t part of her routine, and before beginning her career she knew very little about aesthetic treatments. Nearly two decades later, much of what she knows about skin health has been shaped by the physicians, nurses, and teammates she’s worked alongside at Humphrey & Beleznay Cosmetic Dermatology. She has come to appreciate that skincare is the cornerstone of every treatment plan, amplifying results and helping maintain them between visits. She often reminds her patients that while she can care for them in-clinic, healthy skin is ultimately a partnership, and that consistency at home is just as important as the treatments themselves.
Many of Marianna’s earliest lessons about beauty came from her mother, who taught her that presenting yourself well was never about perfection, but about taking pride in yourself, your home, and the life you create. Marianna hopes to pass that same perspective on to her own daughter. She wants her to see every version of womanhood: the mother, the nurse, the gardener, the professional, the woman wearing no makeup, and the woman dressed up for an evening out. She wants her daughter to know that confidence isn’t found in perfection, but in embracing every season of life. In Marianna’s words, she wants her daughter “to see all my different faces in all my different phases of life.”
Marianna is not striving to be the perfect woman—because that woman doesn’t exist. A 360° plan need only fit the one beautiful soul it belongs to… and there is only one Marianna Delecki.
